Horrible new patient experience, extremely rude receptionist that speaks to you in a condescending and dehumanizing manner. Find anywhere else, it’s worth waiting and saving yourself the interaction with the staff.

I checked in for my appointment in advance. I arrived on time on the day of my appointment and saw a sign with a QR code telling me I need to check in again, which I did. I went up to the front desk to speak with the receptionist, who at first, was too busy chatting with her coworker to even acknowledge my presence. In fact, I wasn't greeted or acknowledged by anyone upon arrival. When I finally got her attention she told me I was all set to wait. I proceeded to wait for 20 minutes, at which time, one of the office staff, saw me and asked if someone's taking me in to see the doctor. I said no. I waited another 10 minutes for another receptionist to call my name and say that my appointment will need to be rescheduled due to no check in. As I mentioned, I had already checked in TWICE and spoke with the unprofessional front desk staff to confirm I was all set, yet I still was not able to see the doctor. To make matters worse, the office has taken no accountability for THEIR error! Nor did they have any care or compassion when they were telling me to reschedule. THEY JUST DIDN'T CARE! In healthcare you have one minute to make a positive impression on the person you are asking to trust you with their life secrets. This practise failed. Locking the doors saying they're having a staff meeting when they're obviously sitting there on their phones in full view of people standing outside. They not only had the doors locked, they didn't put chairs out for the people to sit many of whom for senior citizens. This is how they treat their established patients? They don't want your business. They don't want to be in healthcare. Skip this place.

Please don’t come to this location. The doctor I went to initially was fired. I found this out a couple months later after almost being put on medications that could change my work conditions. I was eventually asked to come in to be quickly diagnosed with something else but needed approval for a sleep study. Want to charge me a copay again for another diagnosis. This was in December of 2024 it’s now end of February 2025 with no sleep study because I bet they didn’t even ask. This place doesn’t care at all please go somewhere else. I haven’t seen anything like this before….

The doctors are good. But the office is terrible. No value for the patient’s time. I was sent away for being 8min late which was ONE minute over their “7min” late policy. I was in a vehicle issue and tried to call the office to inform them that I’m running late but they had l”forgot to switch on” their phone. On top of that they told me that they could reschedule me for a different time that day. When asked when the doctor would be available, I was told that the doctor that I was “late” to see hadn’t even arrived at the office yet. Very interesting that you are one minute late to the appointment with a doctor who wasn’t even there. Fast forward two months, waiting time more than hour and they didn’t even think that was a big deal. Because their office policy protects their doctors but the patient’s time insurance not valuable. Lousy service. Forget to call in referrals every time.
